Sometimes when you're signed in and looking at a full record, you may see the HKALL request link, but not the holding libraries.
This is a known issue. While the vendor solves it, the solution is to refresh the screen. In a PC environment, Ctrl-F5 is the quickest method.
For security and privacy purpose, PowerSearch result page will be cleared after being idle for 30 minutes.
Solution:
Signing in makes the system respond a bit better; it tends to require refreshing the screen less.
If you are signed-in, you will be able to automatically see important information in the Get It section of a record.
