Has current and some historical statistics. Some online information goes back as far as the 1980s For data before that, you would have to go to print (via PowerSearch for HKUST's collection).

These books are about interviewing for qualitative research & oral histories, as well as designing questionaires. While you are not doing oral history or marketing in this class, some of the techniques may be useful.
