Visit the Library website > Databases > F > Factiva.
Search Steps:
1. Select Company from the Companies/Markets drop-down menu.
2. Enter the name of the company you are researching and select it.
3. The Company Snapshot will then be shown.
4. Click the choices available in the left-hand navigation menu to get:
News about the selected company.
Key Developments, which include mergers and acquisitions/ownership changes, bankruptcy, performance, corporate/management changes, new products/services, funding/capital, regulation/government policy, and market changes.
Peer Comparison that allows you compare a listed company with its competitors.
Financial Results, including balance sheet, cash flow, income statement, segment information, and key ratios.
Reports, where report templates are available from a drop-down menu for: Company Report, Detailed Company Profile Report, Custom Report, Financial Health, and Ratio Comparison Report.
