MGMT 2110 - Organizational Behavior (Fall 2025)

This guide is for students taking MGMT 2110 (L01 and L07) in Fall 2025 to help you your projects.

This team projects are to teach you to apply research-based evidence to inform practice.

• Each team will select a specific OB topic.
• There is an assigned research paper for each topic.
• The assigned research paper provides you with the background of the OB topic.

This guide and the library session will help you learn to  enrich your understanding of the OB topic through other scholarly articles and books.

After reading the assigned research paper, you should identify, analyze, and develop a plan for resolving a real-life problem related to the OB topic to prepare to interview an employee who works in a public, private, or non-profit organization and provide insights as you write up your research project plan and report.

 The Library workshop will help you

• Learn to use an article as a seed/entry into the research and professional literature in order to become a life-long learner in management.
• Select and use appropriate search tools and methods effectively to find reliable information and data to contextualize and develop your professional and scholarly knowledge.

Some of you may have already taken LANG 1406 - Academic English for Business Studies, or you may be taking it now.
