How to get access?  Bloomberg is accessible on campus only. Four Bloomberg stations are available at Information Commons on the Library G/F. Click here to reserve a station online. To find out more, watch "How can I log on to Bloomberg", and visit the database guide on Bloomberg.

To search for analyst reports and analyst recommendations, follow these steps:

1. Type company name, e.g. AIA HK
2. Select the company's ticker symbol: 1299 HK EQUITY
3. Type BRC and hit the GO key for analyst reports
4. Type ANR and hit the GO key for analyst recommendations
5. Watch the "How to find research reports and analyst recommendations on a company" video

1. Click on the Company field, enter the company name in the search box, then click on the purple triangle next to the desired company.

2. After you click on the purple triangle, the company code will be immediately added to the Free Text Search box. Click Search to browse articles about the selected company.

Alternatively, you may make use of the Free Text Search box and the available fields (such as Source, Industry, Region, etc.) to find relevant news.

There are multiple ways to locate news articles in Nexis Uni. For company news, you can start with Company Dossier:

In Nexis Uni, choose Business, then under Company Dossier, click Find a Company, enter the company name to search.

2. On the Company Snapshot page, click on Current News and News for news articles.

You may also use Basic Search, Guided Search or Advanced Search to look for relevant news articles. Please visit the library guide on Nexis Uni for details.
