Measuring Research Impact: Citation Search Certification

The Library offers a citation search certification service to faculty members who are applying for fellowships from academic bodies such as Academic Sinica, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Royal Society, etc.

The service will include:

• A search on one or more citation tools (e.g. Web of Science database), based on the publication list provided by the faculty member.
• A letter issued by the Library, certifying the total number of citing references. A detailed breakdown of the numbers will be appended to the letter.

A service charge may be incurred based on the number of publications searched and citation tools used.
